FREE THE YOUTH FESTIVAL 2026

Welcome Vendors!

Thank you for partnering with Free the Youth Festival 2026! This policy outlines all requirements, responsibilities, and benefits for food vendors, beverage providers, and merchandise sellers.

FOOD

Local cuisine, international dishes, snacks

BEVERAGES

Non-alcoholic drinks, juices, water

MERCHANDISE

Festival gear, accessories, art

Application & Fees

  • ⚡All vendors must complete the official application form and receive approval before the event.
  • ⚡Booth fees vary by location and size. Payment must be completed 14 days before the event.
  • ⚡A 10% revenue share applies to all sales made during the festival.
  • ⚡Booth setup begins at 2:00 PM on event day.

Setup & Operations

  • ⚡Vendors must set up between 2:00 PM - 3:45 PM.
  • ⚡All booths must be operational by 4:00 PM (gates open).
  • ⚡Operating hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM.
  • ⚡Breakdown and cleanup must be completed by 3:00 AM.
  • ⚡Vendors are responsible for their own booth design, equipment, and staffing.

Health & Safety Requirements

  • ⚡Food vendors must have valid health permits and food handling certifications.
  • ⚡All food must be prepared and stored according to Ghana Food & Drugs Authority standards.
  • ⚡Fire extinguishers must be present at each cooking booth.
  • ⚡First aid kits are required for all vendor booths.
  • ⚡Vegan and vegetarian options must be clearly labeled.

Pricing & Sales Guidelines

  • ⚡All prices must be clearly displayed and reasonable.
  • ⚡Price gouging is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue.
  • ⚡Mobile Money and card payments are strongly encouraged.
  • ⚡Daily sales reports must be submitted to event management by end of operations.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • ✗No alcoholic beverages (unless specifically licensed)
  • ✗No illegal substances or paraphernalia
  • ✗No weapons or dangerous items
  • ✗No offensive or inappropriate merchandise
