Regular

Standard access to festival grounds, dance floors, and all main stages

VIP

Exclusive VIP section, closer stage view, premium seating, priority entry, VIP lounge access

VVIP

Ultimate rave experience: Premium lounge, meet & greet with artists, complimentary drinks & food, backstage access

Purchase Channels

  • ⚡Authorized physical outlets (Accra Mall, selected locations across Accra)
  • ⚡Mobile payment options: Mobile Money, Apple Pay, Visa/MasterCard

Refund & Exchange Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of official cancellation or date change.

  • ⚡In case of rescheduling, previously purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.
  • ⚡Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced — guard your ticket carefully.

Entry Policy

  • ⚡Entry permitted only with a valid ticket (physical or digital QR).
  • ⚡No re-entry after leaving the venue.
  • ⚡Strictly no counterfeit or duplicated tickets — offenders will be denied entry.
  • ⚡18+ only - Valid ID required for entry (Ghana Card, Passport, Driver's License).
  • ⚡Gates open: 4:00 PM | Show starts: 6:00 PM

Security & Screening

All attendees will undergo security checks (bag inspection, metal detectors, etc.).

✗Glass bottles
✗Professional recording equipment without accreditation
✗Outside food or drinks

Security personnel reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone for misconduct.

Ticket Transfer & Resale

  • ⚡Tickets are non-transferable without approval from the official ticketing platform.
  • ⚡Unauthorized resale or scalping will result in ticket cancellation.

Digital Ticket Policy

  • ⚡QR-coded e-tickets must be presented for scanning at the gates.
  • ⚡One QR code equals one-time entry only — duplication invalidates access.
  • ⚡Download or screenshot your e-ticket in advance to avoid network delays.

Weather & Force Majeure Clause

  • ⚡The event is rain or shine — attendees are encouraged to prepare accordingly.
  • ⚡In the event of severe weather or national emergencies, updates will be communicated through official channels.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • ⚡24/7 Medical team on-site for any health concerns.
  • ⚡Hand sanitizing points available throughout the venue.
