FREE THE YOUTH FESTIVAL 2026

Welcome Artists!

Thank you for being part of Free the Youth Festival 2026! This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all performing artists, DJs, and performers. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Performance Requirements

  • ⚡Artists must arrive at least 2 hours before their scheduled performance time for soundcheck.
  • ⚡Performance slots are strictly timed. Artists must adhere to their allocated time.
  • ⚡All technical requirements must be submitted 7 days prior to the event.
  • ⚡Performance content must be appropriate and align with the festival's youth-positive message.

Artist Passes & Backstage Access

  • ⚡Each performing artist receives 1 Artist Pass + 2 Guest Passes.
  • ⚡All passes must be worn visibly at all times in restricted areas.
  • ⚡Backstage access is limited to artists, approved crew, and designated management only.
  • ⚡Additional passes can be requested but are subject to availability and approval.

Technical & Production Support

  • ⚡Full production support including sound, lighting, and visual effects.
  • ⚡Professional sound engineers and technical crew on-site.
  • ⚡Green room facilities with refreshments provided.
  • ⚡Dedicated stage manager for each performance area.

Media & Content Rights

  • ⚡All performances will be professionally recorded for promotional purposes.
  • ⚡Artists grant permission for festival organizers to use performance footage for marketing and social media.
  • ⚡Professional photos and videos will be shared with artists for personal use.
  • ⚡Artists retain rights to their original music and compositions.

Artist Code of Conduct

  • ⚡Professionalism and respect towards all staff, crew, and fellow artists is mandatory.
  • ⚡No alcohol or substance use before or during performances.
  • ⚡Violations of festival policies may result in performance cancellation without compensation.
